    The BTU reference is apparently correct - must have passed on to BTU use here after the research dept.?

    It may have been in use as a brake force runner (make up vehicle)

    Is this caption correct? just browsing this site, but i'm sure that the location is margam Shed. In the middle background can be be seen the raised trackbed of the OVE (Ogmore Vale Extentsion), and behind that Margam Mountain!

    P.S. i Know it's a hill not a Mountain, but thats what we used to call it!!

    Was the Landore connection because it was part of their Breakdown Unit - see similarly painted ADB975082 in 1975 http://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/departmental975000/e48bc3f68 ?

    Is it possible that the Breakdown sets just used some second hand coaches no longer required by the RTC?
