  This is the mystery conflat that has obviously been lurking unseen for many years as it doesn't seem to match any photos we've previously had uploaded here. Anyone any thoughts on possible candidates please?

  It has since been pointed out that it may still have a plate on this facing side (left corner) so I'll see if I can identify if possible... or if anyone else is booked on the test track runs tomorrow!

  Did two runs past today but no success sadly. A unit blocking the perfect angle whilst stopped adjacent.

  Guess this could be 710236, the other side of your photo - seems to have the same coupling structure at one end, and full of rails etc.

  Yes possibly - suppose it could have gone to Central Rivers temporarily and then returned later... ?

  I'd forgotten this Conflat was also present in Aug last year - comments above suggest this is 710236...
