Quite a survivor - one of the prototypes for the Cov AB!

Recently advertised for sale through NR - wonder if they found a buyer....?

If these wagons are being put up for sale, then what hope for the snowblowers themselves?

Oh they're both still servicable and, as far as I know, ready for action in Scotland. Both were seen fairly recently in Stirling - maybe on a test run. Presumably someone has decided they no longer need these support vans though. Anyone know what they did carry inside them apart from snow shovels?!

With recent sales, Network Rail have clearly decided to dispose of under used yet useful assets just to cut costs. Oh Well thats progress. Who remembers Breakdown Trains??

According to updated sales list at http://www.wnxx.com/layout/navigation/forsale.htm everything except Iris 2 and Pandora has been sold.

Yup, at Boat of Garten. No word on whether or not they will receive attention as the mess van (the one with the windows assume) is suffering some damage to the panelling. Both could use a re-paint in the near future.
