Previous ID is given as B749411 on this site, but suggest Paul is correct with B749416 due to the brakegear and location.
From Model Railway Constructor, Sept 1967 p294:
This 5ton demountable rail tank wagon is used for the conveyance of sodium silicate and operated by Joseph Crosfields under an agreement with BR for the period 1951 to c.1957. The tank barrel and fittings were GWR green with white lettering and fast traffic stars, chassis was black with white lettering. The vehicle fleet number was indicated at both ends of the tank barrel and they differed from other demountables as they carried two fast traffic stars and were fitted with discharge pipes at one end only. Foot holds were provided at the sides to enable the operator to gain access to manipulate the valves at the topand open the manholes. Small lettering (on the tank) read 'When empty return to Pochins siding LMR Warrington'.
The associated MRC picture shows four tanks numbered 27,28,29,30 and all are of the original/earlier two manhole/filler variety. The chassis numbers are not visible.
The tank shown in the picture above has one manhole/filler and is also a lot chunkier at the base with what looks like holes for a fork lift.
An illustration of the earlier tank is also in Dave Larkins Wagons of the Early BR Era, p69.
