Interesting overhead study. I think one very similar exists at oxford station in the old parcels bays, they've been there a while so I think they are waiting for parcels that will never come!

This is a BR built CCT van, previously numbered E 94651. The small lettering reads "Packing Van Breakdown Train Colchester" but obviously transfered to Tinsley Depot, Sheffield.
