    What on earth are or will these locos be used on? Are they stored at Ludgershall?

    The class 73's acquired by Railtrack / Network Rail will be used on various test trains over southern metals. As well they maybe used in conjunction with the re-electrification scheme of the southern to boost the power supplied by the third rail.

    i think they are both no in NR yellow
