  Seen from a passing train at the Manchester end of the TMD on the right hand side.I say this as most will look on this side when travelling past, but please note, on the left hand side, stored in the disused Eurostar depot, you will find former motorail van inter-city liveried 96139 which is being used as an internal user.

  I believe that I saw 6396 at Longsight TMD [Manchester end] in Porterbrook livery on 25-05-2022 but unable to obtain clear id of it as the train was very busy. I did not see 96139 which I thought had been at the wheel lathe/international depot on the opposite side of the running lines not sure if I missed it or if it has moved at all.

  Yes you saw 6396 and 96139 is still present on the former International depot..
