The on line Heritage Register records this vehicle as having moved to the Severn Valley Railway from Quainton Road on 29/10/19. Did the relocation take place?

Yes, it did. It's owned by the Great Western (SVR) Association. There's more info in their website (I won't post a link as they seem to get endlessly lost in the approval process and never appear on the site!)
