anybody requiring the above vehicle should note the 0 is still missing from the number when sighted on the 18/05/09

Think about it logicly. The 0 is there.
When the i/u number was applied, it was placed too close to the IU and not as the first digit in the number. I have seen other similar examples, in the past.

I know exactly what you mean Terence. IUO 83636 would appear to be Internal User Only number 83636
It is actually IU08636 meaning Internal user 083636. The number '0' is placed incorrectly.
