Shame about the obstructions to the view but you get the idea! The mystery wagon of the same type is just visible to the left although this doesnt seem to now have any ID on it... any help welcome!

A wagon looking exactly like this was at Buckfastleigh on the South Devon Railway today. It didn't appear to have a plate but had a number "2" on the right hand end - which I assume is part of the old Western Region numbering series. It would make most sense that it was this one (last known at Laira) but any confirmation welcome. I also saw 060973 so it wasn't that one.
I will upload a photo soon. VCT does not have this listed so may be a relatively recent move.

Had confirmation that this did come from Laira so almost certainly this one. Apparently it arrived a couple of years ago with a Lowmac (it was paired with one yesterday but this does feature on VCT.)

An interesting recent find here - some investigations after my visit revealed this came from Laira a couple of years ago with a Lowmac - so almost certainly 061081. It carries the number 2 as seen here which is part of the old GW IU numbering series. The ones at Old Oak Common also carry numbers from this series.

The Lowmac quoted is almost certainly ADE230935 which was at Laira in 2008. Not IU example but completes the picture.
