This is ADW44069 allocated to Radyr Yard (according to SCTs "BR Internal User" guide) it would be interesting to know how it got from Radyr to Old Oak Common

No, its not. The Severn tunnel tanks were 975449-52, of which only
975449 survives (at North Yorkshire Moors Railway)
