Nick told me
"Gut feeling in the 1998 to 2002 period which is quite wide.... It was not far away from Walsoken where 041509 is just on the Emneth side of the A47. I have been back since but couldnt trace it. The other picture is a close up on the other van in the background. Remember looking very close for a number without any luck."
I wonder if the other van might be 041873 as it is same type and was also at Cambridge EY...
