This was ADM395945 a BTU tool van. It's been there a long time as I saw it in 1989

It is thought this vehicle may have been sold as it has recently been moved away from its long term home at the Training School compound. See recent news article.

    4 December 2003 - Brian Cuttell

Ex-BTU tool van - hardly recognisable as a former passenger carrying LMS coach!

This has recently been moved to Booth Roe Rotherham for scrap unfortunately... we believe the bogies from it may have been sold though as only the body of the coach is now at Booths.

The number 024801 is very clearly carried on Bogie Bolster C at Shelton http://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/internal02xxxxlmr/e4eedb87e

This is interesting. Another duplicate issue it would seem. Anyone got any more details please?
