VCT now has this listed as Blackrod - which presumably is the place near Bolton?

I'm told this is likely to be at Bryn Engineering Services Ltd, Scot Lane Industrial Estate, Blackrod

Bryn Engineering Services Ltd would appear to have been dissolved. The premises they were using on Blackrod Industrial Estate, Scot Lane, Blackrod now appear to be being used by Northern Locomotive Engineering. It is here that 024323 is currently located along with B780238, B904510 & B904520 as well as several steam locomotives.
