I can not clearly see how the long-welded rails been loaded on the wagon. Could you tell me the length of rails and wagons and how they pass though a circle line with radius of 145 meters.

It's probably a scrap rail lifting beam as the wagon is also condemned.
It was converted from the under frame of 1935 built Southern region 4 PAN TTK S10035S from unit 3028, when this unit was withdrawn in Oct 65 it was then formed into 6 COR Unit 3048 as a TSK in March 66 & withdrawn Dec 68 & after being stored at Hoo Jn it was sent to Stewarts Lane for conversion in Dec 71.
