A little off topic here, but at the top left of the picture can be seen the Plasser PBI machine (This was the Austrian attempt at a Stoneblower).

My father was involved in the development and subsequent operation (on board) of this train. He traveled extensively on the BR rail network ultrasonically testing the rail from 1974 to 1982. I also had the pleasure of traveling on board as a young boy.
