The vehicle carries a dark blue livery with Meridian Generic Rail Ltd signage along with large lettering 'UNIVERSAL BARRIER VEHICLE'.. The number '96603' does not seem to be carried in it's original format, but now as an RIV number as follows..
96 70 CB-MGRL 0096603-6
This should be the same case for 96605 but it's bodyside was obscured so I can't confirm it's RIV number..
