Although not in use, it was very much complete and in good condition at Heaton 29/5/89, so I'm afraid the disposal details are incorrect.

DE75415 arrived at M.C.Metal Processimg Glasgow on 2/10/1992 Railway Magazine 1/1993 p21. The grounded bodies in Aberdeenshire E75065E and E75343E were both sold from Cowlairs Works in 10/1964. I have found no evidence of vehicles E75584E to E75599E inclusive and believe the diagram 214 order of 1952 only reached E75583E and that the others were never built / cancelled.
