I visited the Vale of Berkeley Railway today and on inspection of this wagon discovered that the number stamped into the underframe is different to the quoted previous number of 108712. The wagon still retains the internal user plate 071204 but the number stamped into the frame is 115806 which is GWR diagram O26 lot 1018.
It appears that 115806 is the original number unless the IU plate has been re-attached from another wagon at some point.

W115806 was transferred to internal user stock during July 1962 at Radyr Junction. W108712 was cut up at Cowlairs Works during April 1963 by BR Staff.
