There was also a GER 10t van with this number, 042168. http://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/internal04xxxxer/e342adaa2 - in York Leeman Rd 20/02/88. It resided at Rowntrees in York and may be conserved at Mangapps http://www.ws.vintagecarriagestrust.org/ws/WagonInfo.asp?Ref=9720

Saw the 10t van at Mangapps numbered 12875 said to have been 042168.

Clearly the 042168 at Mangapps should be listed. Note it is numbered in the BR(NE) series.
Suspect Roy's 1988 sighting is of BR(NE) 042168 rather than BR(E) 042168.
Did Roger Harris actually see 042168 at Carlisle in 1988 or was it 200250 he saw?
