Now that the track relaying vehicle 78901 seems to be stored with no work I'm not sure what the future holds for this fairly newly refurbished vehicle?

Jarvis stickers now replaced with Fastline ones but Fastline have sold the track relaying train to Network rail. NR promptly mothballed it!

This has apparently moved to Toton from store at Bicester. Not sure if 889400 and 78901 have gone with it. There was a rumour the TRT had been sold to Italy...?
Is this vehicle changed much inside?
