The only ID on this tank was "Crewe 6941" and "Plant No. TMS 080" on a plate behind the ladder which led to some confusion over the years!
However this tank along with another almost identical one clearly numbered 024328 were found last week at the Llangollen Railway meaning this one is almost certainly 024327. Another mystery finally solved!
