News - More departmentals sales

Another former departmental coach has come up for sale recently, and some movements at Toton suggest more may follow977437 currently at the Gloucestershire & Warwickshire Railway at Winchcombe is now for sale.
The coach (previously 34548) has been preserved since 1992 but used to be part of the Doncaster test train.
Also of note recently is that there has been some movement of IU vehicles at Toton. Steam crane relic 95000 (024984) with runner 024985 as well as former BTU coach 024801 have recently been moved away from their long term home at Toton Training School yard to the back of the shed from where road movements often take place. It is thought therefore that these may have been sold and are awaiting movement away from Toton at last!
