Has anybody got a clue what this vehicle (977995) is used for in the NMT? I know what the rest are for, but nobody seems to know about this one!

The fact it's called "a generator coach" should be a bit of a clue!

I had a quick look inside this coach this morning, and I can confirm that it is indeed a coach that contains a generator.

This coach was a one off re-classified TFKB back in the 1980's and was part of 'The Master Cutler' HST rake often seen by myself at Derby... It's new life as part of the NMT did not happen until this century...
