It looks like the Track Recording Coach 999550 in the middle of this formation?

Indeed it is. Not sure what the other coaches are in this formation though.

The vehicle behind 975032 is most likely a 4CEP DMBSO possibly one of the spares 61035 or 61342. the Blue unit at the far end is one of the ex HAP units 051-054 used at tractors.

It is definitely a 4Cep or 4Bep DMBSO.
It also looks as though it has roof conduiting, which makes it one of the 1956 prototype coaches. I therefore would agree that it is most likely to be 61035, which, I think, was an undamaged cocah from unit 7102 which suffered fire damage.
