041498. Previously thought to be ex 786161 but photo of plate proves otherwise as 786181!

See comments under 041900 which concludes that that vehicle was converted from Boplate E to Conflat E in 1969.
This one has a different appearance, experts tell me it was a conversion to Conflat EE, which uses a completely different method of securing the containers, despite apparently being used for the same traffic. To be honest I can't see how it worked on this one.
